Advantages

Excellent location for ladies entrance - about 100m. Breakfast served until 12 (Nov 2025) so can even nap after fajr and have a brunch. New, modern, clean rooms/ bathrooms. Unmatched hospitable and helpful staff.

Keep in mind

There’s only 5 small lifts so it can get busy at peak/ salaah times when if the hotel is full to capacity - just plan for that during salaah times. Masjid entrance is nearby though.

Clean, modern and well positined hotel. Excellent proximity to gate 330, ladies doors and courtyard access for ladies salaam. Close to Bin Dawood and Taibah Centre. Very fast lifts, and well spoken and trained staff. Complimentary jars of nuts, welcome fruit platter in arrival and daily surplus water in the room. Room serviced at similar times dial

Keep in mind

Early check in is charged for by the hour Rooms are compact, no designated wardrobe or bench for lugguage in the room so travelling with more than 1 large bag per person it will take up alot of the already limited space in the room.

Keep in mind

Slight hill/ramp coming from the haram to the hotel. For the elderly it may be difficult.

Advantages

Safa Towers - clean, very spacious and serviced daily throughout the stay. Very convenient for both mataaf and rooftop access. Shops and restaurants super conveniently connected to the hotel itself via C1 floor.

As a couple we had a corner room with a lounge area which was immensely spacious and very comfortable with more than enough place for bags etc.

Keep in mind

Rooms are showing signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms but everything is in working order.

Advantages

Has sufficient lifts to accommodate even large crowds so never waiting long for lifts. Location - about 150m to the actual umrah gate 79. Merely cross the road onto the marble area. It’s a flat walk so easy for the elderly. Bin Dawood is on the ground floor and a foodcourt on the 4th floor of the building. Widespread breakfast selection.

Keep in mind

No issues. Occasionally, on a Friday there may be a barricade across the road so may have to walk like an extra 50m to get onto the marble area (flat walk so shouldn’t be a problem even for elderly)
